Hope you are well and having a pleasant week.
Just a quick post to let you know I have a great new Free Mind Mapping report that you can download from my friend and Mind Mapping Partner Arjen Ter Hoeve (one of Europe's leading Mind Mapping trainers)
Arjen has put together a great report on Mind Mapping Software Savings and when implemented can save you $$'s and time in selecting the right Mind Mapping Applications for you and your team.
You can download the report from here:
http://www.mindmappingforsuccess.com/OnlineMM.htm
I strongly urge you to download this report, print it, grab a cup of coffee (or other tipple) and sit in a quiet and comfy chair and read this $$ saving report.
The report not only covers how to save money in selecting a Mind Mapping tool (or any other software) but how to be sure that you are spending only the minimal time on the software you are evaluating, whilst ensuring you are evaluating the software that fits your requirements and not evaluating something that only does 60-70% of what you need.
So please take advantage of this free report:

Also let me know if you have any questions or information me and my team can be of assistance with regarding your Mind Mapping or Productivity requirements... we are here to help!.
On another note we still have some of our specials running on the MindMapper 2009 USB's (with great bonuses).
So if your interested in being able to create Mind Maps where ever you go on any PC then check out the MindMapper USB:

12 Great Reasons to Upgrade to SmartDraw 2009!
Smart Draw has recently released it’s 2009 Business Graphics software and we had a look under the bonnet to see what’s new.
I have to say that with some of the new features Smart Draw’s claim to be the number one Business Graphics Software is not far off the mark!
So lets look at what’s been improved:
1. Smarter Flowcharts
Create better flowcharts in minutes and define your processes and improve your operations.
With SmartDraw 2009, you can create flowcharts that branch with a simple click.
2. Smarter Project Charts
Get your projects done on time with SmartDraw 2009’s new project management features.
More than six major improvements including:
- Dependency
Make one task start when another ends. Change the end date of the first task and the start date of the second changes automatically.
- Groups of tasks
Tasks can also be grouped hierarchically so that the length of the parent task reflects the length of all the child tasks.
- Milestones
Add a milestone with a single click.
- Resources
Assign resources to a task.
- Automatic Chart Sizing
As tasks are added and removed, the chart grows and shrinks to accommodate the new date range.
- Definable Working Days
Define your work week and non-working holidays.
3. Smarter Mind Maps
Organize your ideas with a mind map. Now with automatic styling for better readability, export to outline format, hide and reveal detail, and of course automatic conversion into a project chart.
4. Smarter Organization Charts
Organize your people with org charts and team charts. Now hide and reveal any branch with a single click.
5. Smarter Timelines
Now timelines draw for you too. Simply click to add an event, change the format of your timeline from days to months to years on the fly.
6. Sticky Notes
Add notes to any shape and see them pop up as you mouse over. Put the details in notes instead of on your diagram for a cleaner and simpler look.
Make them say “Yes!”
SmartDraw 2009 gives you even more persuasive ways to get your point across and make them say “Yes!”

7. Smarter PowerPoint® Integration
If you use PowerPoint®, you need SmartDraw 2009’s unique and vital auto-animation features. Using a graphic in a slide beats boring bullets every time, but revealing a graphic in a series of steps can increase comprehension tenfold. SmartDraw 2009 builds this in automatically. Set the steps in SmartDraw, then transfer the graphic and the steps to PowerPoint® with one click.
8. Smarter Charts
Dazzle your audience with SmartDraw 2009’s new 3D bar charts and area charts. Use the new gallery interface to change the appearance with one click.
9. Smarter Maps
Plot all of your listings or accounts on Google maps. Show sales by state or region, all with a simple data import.
10. Cooler Effects
Stand out from the crowd. Make any of your graphics float in mid-air. Print them this way or transfer them to PowerPoint® or Word®.
With SmartDraw’s new collections of templates, symbols, and added features.
11. Smarter Floor Plans
Completely new floor plan and landscape functionality include industry-standard dimension lines and much easier wall and perimeter design for a truly professional presentation.
Time-Savers for IT and Engineering If you’re still using manual graphics programs for network and software design, using SmartDraw 2009 will be a treat!

Build a network diagram automatically from your LDAP service or exported file. SmartDraw “draws for you,” automatically aligning and spacing symbols.
Click to capture any web page then draw and annotate on top of it. Great for website review and development.
Build a map of any website with one click. SmartDraw 2009 eliminates duplicate links and organizes them into a logical tree one level at a time.
With SmartDraw 2009, UML and other software diagrams “draw for you” too.
Plus SmartDraw also includes 1000’s of new and updated templates, better template search, automatic swim lanes, and much more.
So on the overview we give SmartDraw Two thumbs up for overall performance, be sure to check out the free trial and also the current promotions they have on Upgrade deals!
